Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person (coach) supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance.

Anyone who is willing to continue their educational experience and journey by learning new information and applying it to their personal and professional lives to become more purposeful holistically.

The major difference between therapy and coaching is the focus of the work. Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.

The main difference between coaching and consulting is that coaching pulls out answers from the client while consulting tells the client what to do.

For those who are at a crossroads and want something more than you’re currently settling for and you know that your purpose isn’t being fulfilled, yet you want to change that, I’ve been exactly where you’re at. 

I’ve lived my life and everything hasn’t gone my way. I’ve made lots of choices – said yes to many things when I should’ve said no. I’ve said yes to money and no to my mission. I’ve said yes to possessions and no to my peace. I’ve said yes to culture and no to my calling. 

Simply put, I used to chase culture, but by the grace of God, I’m only committed to choosing Christ. My faith is only in Him, not them (culture). Kingdom confidence is crucial to achieving Kingdom results. With your blessing, I want to help you overcome cultural complacency and move into Kingdom contentment as your purpose coach.
